Why are you passionate about professional development?
We have been afforded the opportunity to receive over a decade of extensive training in the area of professional development. We are passionate about providing access to those who have not been granted the same opportunities. In both our personal and professional practices, we have witnessed individuals struggle to utilize professional development skills they learned in school as well as individuals who have never been formally taught how to navigate professional spaces. We aim to bridge the gaps between what our clients learn and the confidence they feel when navigating their respective professional arenas. To whom much is given, much is required…we stand by this philosophy as it drives our desires to propel others to achieve their full potential.

How do you measure the success of your programming?
As healthcare professionals and business owners we understand how important research is to understanding the current market but also to ensure the programs we are producing are meeting the desired outcomes of our clients. We assess the success of our services by utilizing pre and post test measures and conducting ongoing check-ins to measure impact, efficacy, and client satisfaction. We continue to raise the bar by constantly seeking ways to improve our services to deliver reliable results and exceed expectations.
Donations and Service
Each year we donate a workshop to 3 select organizations and institutions that could benefit but may not have the budget at this time. FCS prides ourselves on giving back to the community acts through of service and remembrance of humble beginnings.
